This position is based out of our corporate office in San Diego and cannot be worked remotely.

The Position: 

We are looking for an experienced, client facing technical project manager to join our growing team! If facilitating exceptional project delivery and cultivating strong, advantageous client relationships is your thing, we want to talk to you. The success of our clients is paramount making this role vitally important as our customers’ journey largely begins with the Client Success Manager. Your support and oversight of the onboarding effort will help to instill confidence in the client and set the tone for the future of their relationship with AbacusNext.

The Client Success Manager owns the client journey for their assigned clients and work closely with the Sales and Implementation teams to ensure that clients can realize value throughout their entire AbacusNext onboarding experience. This position works in concert with the Vice President of Client Operations to build, strengthen and maintain all client relationships. You will be a key contributor to the success of the client journey.

Summary of this role includes: 

  •  Lead new customer onboarding projects to completion, provide innovation, process and technical expertise, advise & consult throughout the client's technical migration 
  •  Ensure the platform is successfully rolled out according to required timelines, technical requirements and customer initiatives 
  •  Build relationships with key customer contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and lay the foundations for continued growth and partnership 
  •  Understand and document the client’s priorities, objectives and risks for their migration to their new APC platform.
  •  Ensure that the value sold mirrors the value achieved by each stakeholder and be able to quantify and articulate the value realized to your clients throughout the client lifecycle.
  •  Coordinate efforts between internal teams for the success of the client migration.
  •  Prepare and manage post-migration health checks for your client portfolio

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 

  •  3-5 years of experience in a technical project management role.
  •  Technical background: experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project
  •  Experience with migration of traditional architecture to virtualized and cloud-hosted platforms
  •  Prior direct relationship management with Accounting and Legal professionals in support of technical solutioning
  •  Strong technical documentation skills, ability to clearly record key information within incident tracking and knowledge base systems
  •  Work directly with customers and system owners to identify risk and execute mitigation plans.
  •  Demonstrate ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  •  Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
  •  Dedication to customer satisfaction and getting it right the first time
  •  Passion for innovation and new technology
  •  Must have proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate successfully under tight deadlines
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Team player / collaborative working style
