What We Do  

We serve clients at every level of their organization, in whatever capacity we can be most useful, whether as a trusted advisor to large firm executive management or as a hands-on coach for sole practitioners. Target verticals include lawyers, general counsel, accounting firms, CPAs, government, and other private professional service organizations. For every engagement, we propose a solution tailored to meet their unique business needs and provide the utmost care in the implementation process.

We partner with clients to put solution recommendations into practice and grow their businesses through the leverage of highly secure, compliant and functional business systems. 

We're looking for someone who: 

  • Learns quickly. You don't need to be a software expert to work here, but you do need to be intellectually curious and genuinely interested in tech stuff. You must be coachable and willing to learn.
  • Is competitive. You are driven to be the best. You challenge yourself by setting your own goals, crushing them, and helping your teammates do the same.
  • Works efficiently. You're a master multi-tasker. You can talk, type and walk all at the same time.
  • Has boundless energy. You can maintain the same level of intensity all day. You don't let rejection, long hours, or repetition drain you.
  • Positive attitude and can-do spirit. You wake up every day with a positive attitude to take on the day and the challenges ahead
  • Be Flexible. We are a big company with a startup mentality. We will test new promotions, offers, scripts and ideas and you need to be able to move and change with us.

What you'll do all day: 

  • Make a LOT of phone calls.  You will make a lot of outbound calls. You will call on leads that have expressed interest in our products / solutions and on legacy clients for upgrades and promotions. You need to come ready to call aggressively all day every day.
  • Advise Attorneys and CPA’s.  You'll find out about their needs and their budget, so you can recommend the best systems to meet those requirements.
  • Communicate potential client needs accurately. We want our Sales People to be able to pick up the conversation exactly where you left off. You must take detailed notes in our CRM to help ensure a successful sale happens.
  • Set appointments. The #1 goal for the BDR is to make set our sales reps with appointments for product demo’s and quotes. This is your focus and what matters the most.

You'll be measured on how well you: 

  • Hit the phones. We expect our Business Development Representatives to place a minimum of 80 calls every day. The more calls you make, the more successful you will be and the more money you will make.
  • Make great recommendations. We get paid for matching the right product between our clients and sales people. Quality is crucial.
  • Find more potential clients to advise. No one who requests a consultation should ever slip through the cracks. You'll follow up on older requests as well as new ones.
  • Upgrade legacy clients on new software solutions and packages. We have a gold mine of historical clients to work with.

A few reasons why you might hate it: 

  • You're sensitive. We’ve gotta be honest, sometimes you'll get hung up on. Some people can be he hard to get a hold of. Sometimes people might be less than cordial. It's just part of the job.
  • You just want to heal the world. What we do helps our clients a lot, but we aren't solving the world's biggest problems. You've got to be pragmatic.
  • You live for the relationship building. This isn't account management. If you want to work with client’s long term, you might be happier in another role.
  • You can’t handle rejection. We get a lot of no’s and every no leads to a yes. This is a numbers game. Don’t take no’s personally.
